All embroidery is performed on-site, no middle-man ensures you are dealing with the one company that actually handles your items from beginning to end.

This ensures we have the best prices, quality up to our high standards and fast turnaround times (along with the option to prioritise any urgent orders when required).

We offer premium quality embroidery on our new state of the art Barudan industrial embroidery machines. 100% care is taken as we embroider perfectly tensioned stitches straight onto your garment with our Marathon threads. Colours can be matched to your Pantone colours, or selected in store from our thread chart.

As part of the standard order process, after we have digitised your logo, you will receive artwork for approval prior to production.

A physical embroidery sample can be embroidered to view your masterpiece before we start production, for $10.

We have a no minimum order policy, that means if you only need a small quantity of items embroidered, we can do it!

* If different thread colours are required on some garments, price will be based on quantity of each different coloured design.

* Digitising price includes running a physical embroidery sample to ensure a perfect logo every time.

Your logo is best supplied as a .jpg, .gif, .eps or .pdf. In some cases an .ai file may be required if your logo is complex.

We can match our thread colours to your company PMS colours, to a digital logo or to your business card.

You will receive a digital image of your artwork for approval prior to embroidery.

If you have PMS colours available this will make matching the logo colour/s more accurate, otherwise we match as best we can to your artwork or instructions.

As there are fewer thread colours to PMS colours, an exact match isn't always possible, trust in us with our many years  experience that we will select the best match for your design.

Embroidering your own items:
There is a 15% BYOG (bring your own garment) fee for embroidering your own items.

Unpacking of Individual Items - 50c per Item if not unpacked prior.
Repackaging into poly bags - $1.00.
Customer arranges delivery of the garments to us.
Only brand new garments will be accepted for branding.
We will take no responsibility for the end result as we cannot guarantee branding onto fabrics or garments that we are not experienced with nor familiar with. We will not replace any garment not supplied by us under any circumstance.
